The Greater Changes Center for Families provides a targeted, comprehensive service plan with program participants that leads to positive self-sufficiency outcomes.
We aim to reduce homelessness, homelessness for veterans and recidivism by providing program participants tailored services (e.g., coping, financial literacy, living skills) and opportunities (e.g., employability skills, job placements.)
Our organization develops a well-coordinated system of wrap services (e.g., mental health, IDD) to support restoring self-sufficiency for program participants. This includes providing trauma informed services to support program participants heal from their past.
